In today’s competitive world, managers are constantly under pressure to get the best out of people on a continuous basis for organizational performance improvement and one way to achieve this is through implementing effective coaching and mentoring of individuals to help them learn new skills, enhance problem analysis and strategic thinking, make better decisions and facilitate their personal and career growth.


I really like the way the program is designed – So much of learning by doing to develop the necessary skills. Practise, practise, practise to achieve deeper learning and mastery of the skills.

It is a super relevant skill that I needed to acquire & have been doing it for so long without structure/knowledge/practice/being. I’m so happy that I am learning these skills that can draws form lives of people that I’m responsible for & definitely myself!

Very practical applications, not about knowing but about DOING.

I like the program that helps me better in coaching others and improve on areas that I didn’t notice it.

I have learnt more than I thought I will from all present today! Opportunity created to learn from others is I value most!
